GDSSMPA Attended the 12th Session of the 4th Standing Committee Meeting

Heyuan People’s Government and Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce held the Guangdong-Hong Kong Industry and Commerce Social Organization Investment Annual Dinner 2019 was held in Heyuan.
On the theme of Work Together to Develop, Share the Future Fruits, this meeting focus on development strategy and investment environment of Heyuan City propaganda, Heyuan and Hong Kong industry and commerce social organization and enterprises’ exchange and cooperation, helping all areas of Heyuan fully into Guangdong-HK-Macao Greater Bay Area and promoting two Heyuans construction and rural revitalization and development.
On the July 28th afternoon, the participants visited Shenhe Gendole Innovation Volley in Heyuan Hi-tech Zone, Cihang Aviation Exhibition Hall in Jiangdong New Zone, Culture and Technology Centre in Dongyuan County, Hakka Cultural Park in urban district, etc.
On the July 29th morning, the Guangdong-Hong Kong Industry and Commerce Social Organization Investment Annual Dinner 2019was opened in the Conference Center of Oriental International Hotel, Heyuan. Lei Biao, the deputy director of United Front Department of Guangdong Provincial Committee of C.C.P and the party secretary of Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce; Li Yangchun, the deputy director of United Front Department of Guangdong Provincial Committee of C.C.P; Su Zhigang, the chairman of Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce; Lin Tao, the deputy secretary of Heyuan Party Committee and the mayor of Heyaun City and so on leaders presented at the meeting. Guangdong-HK-Macao Bay Area Entrepreneurs Union; HK Federation of Industry and Commerce in all areas; HK Federation of Fujian Associations; chamber of commerce and associations which directly subordinate to Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce; Heyuan local Chamber of Commerce or Associations and so on about 80 organizations in total of 600 persons attended the meeting. Wu Weibin, the chairman of GDSSMPA and the president of Guangdong Guangfeng Group Co., Ltd. and Lin Zeyu, the full time executive chairman and party secretary of GDSSMPA had been invited to the meeting.
Lin Tao made a speech for introduction of Heyaun status of economic and social development.
During the meeting, Heyuan People’s Government signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with HK Federation of Industry and Commerce in all areas. Besides, they signed contracts for a number of investment projects.
On the July 29th afternoon, the 12th Session of the 4th Standing Committee Meeting of Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce was held in Heyuan. Huang Ning, the standing member of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and the director of United Front Department of Guangdong Provincial Committee of C.C.P presented at the meeting and made a speech. This meeting was presided by Lei Biao, the deputy director of United Front Department of Guangdong Provincial Committee of C.C.P and the party secretary of Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce. Federation of Industry and Commerceparty secretary, chairman, standing members, representatives of some chamber of commerce and associations which directly subordinate to Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce and cadres above deputy department level of Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce from more than 21 municipality cities of Guangdong in total of 180 persons participated in the meeting.
This meeting listened to the work report made by Su Zhigang, the chairman of Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce, on behalf of the 12th Session Standing Committee of Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce. He appreciated related work GDSSMPA had done in high quality development promotion during his speech.
Huang Ningsheng also fully affirmed the work that Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce had done during his speech.
This meeting reviewed and approved the decisions on personnel appointment and removal.
This meeting invited Cao Dahua, the deputy director of Guangdong development and reform commission and the executive deputy director of Guangdong-HK-Macao Greater Bay Area construction leading group office made a special report.
