Guangdong Civil Affair Bureau motivated nearly one hundred of social organizations for holding  Join Hands Action Project to take care of Stay-at-home and poor children. 

The ninth team led by GDSSMPA, there were 35 persons from Guangdong Chuntao Foundation, Guangdong Province Industrial Park Association, Foshan Guangxi Pingnan County Chamber of Commerce, Guangzhou Shengtian Culture Development Co., Ltd., Jieyang Tianlan psychological services center, Dongguan Dazhong Social Work, Dongguan Xingyang Volunteer and so on institutes went to Jieyang holding Join Hands Action Project, which made a great success.

Commissioned by more than 50 benevolent member enterprises, Lin Zeyu, the full time executive vice chairman and secretary-general of GDSSMPA; Tan Yonglian, the vice chairman of GDSSMPA, the director of Stainless Steel Custom Committee and the president of Dongzheng Hongjun with his wife Hong Yushan, the general manager; Yuan Zixuan, the representative of Yuan Weiming; the vice chairman of GDSSMPA and Huang Gengyan, the executive secretary-general all joined this activity.
