Guangdong International Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector held the New Journal of the New Era·the Belt and Road to Create Business Opportunities---Congress and Inauguration of the 2^nd Council in LN Garden Hotel, Guangzhou. Huang Qingyong, the deputy secretary-general of Guangdong Provincial People’s Political Consultative Conference; Li Yangchun, the deputy director of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee United Front Department; Zhang Hongbin, the full time vice chairman of Guandgong Federation of Industry and Commerce; Wang Yanguo, the executive vice chairman and secretary general of China International Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector; some foreign officials in Guangdong and representatives for chamber of commerce and association which directly subordinate to Guandgong Federation of Industry and Commerce in total of 300 persons presented. Lin Zeyu, the full time executive vice chairman and secretary-general of GDSSMPA and Huang Gengyan, the executive secretary-general were invited to the meeting. 

On the congress, GDSSMPA, Guangdoing Furniture Chamber of Commerce and Guangdong High-tech Industry Chamber contracted friendly chamber of commerce/association with Guangdong International Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector. Mr. Lin of GDSSMPA signed friendly chamber of commerce/association cooperation agreement with Hu Dezhao, the chief supervisor of Guangdong International Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector. According to the agreement, both sides will enhance exchange and cooperation in developing and expanding, resource sharing and coordination in the future.
