As we all known, Guangdong Province stainless steel industry owned less patents and high-tech enterprises than other industries. In order to help enterprises utilizing intellectual property right protection, accelerating intellectual property right construction, better cultivating enterprises brand and reputation, digging out intellectual property right, leading and tutoring enterprises transition to a high-tech enterprises that supported by government, also supported by Foshan Technology Bureau, GDSSMPA and Southern China Intellectual Property Right Trading Service Center held the Intellectual Property Right Layout and High-tech Enterprises Tutoring Public Lecture on the 26 May afternoon. Mr. Li Juzhen, the member of Party Committee and deputy director of Foshan Technology Bureau; Mr. Lin Zeyu, the full-time executive vice chairman and secretary-general of GDSSMPA; Mr. Zheng Jing, the External Affairs Supervisor of Zheli Intellectual Property Right Group Guangdong Company; Mr. Zeng Fanquan, the technology project manager of Zheli Group; Mr. He Guanbin, the director of Zheli Group Foshan Branch and so on representatives in total of 50 persons presented at the lecture. This lecture was presided by Isabella Wang, the Secretariat staff.    

At the beginning of the lecture, Mr. Lin Zeyu made a brief speech. He firstly appreciated the support of Foshan Technology Bureau and thanked Mr. Li Juzhen for his attendance. Later, Mr. Li Juzhen made a delivery. Then, Mr. Zeng Fanquan and Mr. He Guanbin made a tutoring on the theme of High Tech Enterprises Recognition Condition Explanation and High Tech Enterprises Patents Digging and Refining. 

During the lecture, participants asked questions about patents infringement and applying. Mr. Li Juzhen, Mr. Zeng Fanquan and Mr. He Guanbin answered them one by one. After this public lecture, the attendance reflected that they benefited a lot. GDSSMPA will held more lecture and training in the future.
