Chairman Joint Meeting in the 2nd half of 2016

According to the chapter and working plan 2016, GDSSMPA held Chairman Joint Meeting in the 2nd half of 2016 in Foshan Crown Plaza on 26 August afternoon. Chairman Wu Weibin, Chief Supervisor Xing Mingliang, Vice Chairman Ye Jianbo, Liang Shengji, Peng Yonghong, Zhang Xiaomin, Li JInwu, Lin Shucan, Chen Huahua, Representative Li Yanping who represented Executive vice chairman Li Ruchang, representative Lao Xihao who represented Executive vice chairman Chen Peihua, representative Lin Jie who represented vice chairman Li Zhibiao, representative Ling Yanlan who represented vice chairman Zhang Hongyan, representative Chen Jie who represented vice chairman Chen Zhihui and deputy secretary-general Huang Gengyan all presented at the meeting. The meeting was presided by secretary general Lin Zeyu.
Firstly, Lin Zeyu nominated the newly addition members of the first Board of Directors: Deng Yunru and Chen Zhihui. The joint meeting reviewed and approved by voting. Then the joint meeting made a conclusion for the preliminary work of Guangdong Stainless Steel Integrity Demonstration Creation Activity and reviewed the list. After discussing, all of 51 enterprises in the list had passed. Later, GDSSMPA would make propaganda and edit periodical.
Next, the joint meeting made a discussion of GDSSMPA office relocation in Foshan. They all thought it will benefit for better serve and contact members.
Fourthly, according to the poverty alleviation of public welfare activity which had been voted by the board of directors on 28 June, the joint meeting positively support and decided to went to Shaoguan before the national day.
Finally, the preparatory plan of annual dinner of GDSSMPA 2016 had been put forward. The Joint meeting discussed the scale, content and participators and confirmed the fund that would be paid by the association dues as usual.
Besides, the joint meeting also gave some suggestions and advice to GDSSMPA for better planning next year’s working.
