Wining & Sharing the New Future --- the 1st Guangdong Stainless Steel Industry Development Summit Forum & the 2nd Guangdong Stainless Steel Brand Enterprise Awarding Ceremony

Discussion and sharing, witnessing brand power. GDSSMPA held the 1st Guangdong Stainless Steel Industry Development Summit Forum & the 2nd Guangdong Stainless Steel Brand Enterprise Awarding Ceremony on the fourth flood of Grand Ballroom Banquet, Foshan Crown Plaza on June 16th afternoon.

Enterprises Representatives of nearly 250 persons from Foshan, Zhaoqing, Guangzhou, Jieyang, Maoming, Yangjiang, Shenzhen and Chaozhou gathered there together to discussing and witnessing the event. Integrating the information and wisdom of Government, Association, Enterprises and Professor, this activity deeply analyzed the new challenges and opportunities that Guangdong Stainless Steel Industry is faced with. At the same time, to promote industry’s brand construction, it awarded excellent member enterprises during the process. The activity was presided by the Executive Vice Chairman & Secretary-general of GDSSMPA Mr. Lin Zeyu. Leadership being invited by GDSSMPA including Mr. Zhuang Jian’er, the Party Member and Vice Chairman of Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce, Mr. Jing Xiuyuan, the Deputy Director of Industry Development Department of Guangdong Economic and Information Committee, Mr. Chen Wenquan, the Deputy Director of Technical Innovation Department, Mr. He Shaohong, the Deputy Director of Membership Department of Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce, Mr. Liao Zhuorong, the Executive Vice Chairman of Federation of NGOs of Guangdong Province, Mr. Wang Xiaoxuan, the Deputy Director of Jieyang Economic and Information Bureau, Mr. Guan Shaoping, the Deputy Director of Yangjiang Economic and Information Bureau, Mr. Deng Xiangwen, the Vice Chairman of Foshan Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Mr. Zheng Naiqing, the Deputy General Manager of Private Economic News Office all presented at the activity.   

During the Summit

Fist Part: Summit Forum

Firstly, Mr. Wu Weibin, the Chairman of GDSSMPA and the President of Guangfeng Industrial Group made a report on Current Development Situation of Guangdong Stainless Steel Industry.

Next, in order to get audiences deeper understand a series of technical innovation supportive policies released by the government, GDSSMPA specially invited Mr. Chen Wenquan, the Deputy Director of Guangdong Economic and Information Committee to give a spech of policies explanation.

Then, to follow government’s step, this forum emphasized on the connection between Stainless Steel Industry and Internet. Therefore, a Doctoral Supervisor had been invited here to make a speech on the theme of Internet+Innovative Thinking to Push Win-win Development of Stainless Steel Industry.

Fourthly, Executive Vice Chairman of GDSSMPA, President of Haili Group Li Ruchang, shared his experience in specially perspective with the audience by giving them a speech on the theme of the Development of Stainless Steel Decorative Pipe and Plate in New Normal Economy.

Finally, Mr. Zhuang Jian’er, the Vice Chairman of Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce also made a speech of congratulating GDSSMPA for its achievements it made in the past one and a half of years. He expressed his eagerly hope for GDSSMPA.

Second Part: Awarding Ceremony

GDSSMPA had launched public election of the 2nd Guangdong Stainless Steel Brand Enterprise on March this year. Sponsored by Private Economic News, this election had already passed enterprise applying, Secretariat Election, Experts Election, Voting and Final Election stages with higher level requirement and specification. There are 6 awards in the end and 33 enterprises got the honor.

GDSSMPA held the Banquet with leaders and guests and members at 6:15 pm. During the banquet, GDSSMPA issued Certificate of Director to Mr. Fan Yi, Mr. Chen Shengchu, Mr. Liang Zhantang and Mr. Yao Jiesheng; issued Certificate of Executive Director to Mr. Wu Dangquan and Mr. Peng Chujun; issued Certificate of Executive Vice Chairman to Mr. Chen Peihua.
