Beihai Chengde Group had carried out linkage trail of the No.2 pickling line of 1.2 million tons stainless steel cold rolling project.  

The design production capacity of the cold rolling annealing and pickling production line of Beihai chengde is 500 thousand tons. The whole production line is 700 meters long. The speed of its process section is 200meters/min, which is the highest speed in the stainless steel industry. Its key equipment---the annealing furnace was provided by Drever Co., Ltd. from Belgium with the biggest production capacity of 88 tons/hour.  

The installation of equipment, steel structure and construction of this project was made by China First Metallurgical Group Co., Ltd. The No.1 cold rolling pickling production line had been put into production on January. The trail of No.2 pickling line marked the completely completion of the construction.
