The first batch of products of Beihai Chengde Stainless Steel launched on April 13, 2015, which represented Beihai Chengde Group owns the whole production process from laterite nickel ore smelting to Ni-Cr alloy cold-rolled product of stainless steel producing. It is 304 stainless steel with 2B surface and the thickness are 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8 and 0.9mm. As raw material, the hot-rolled stainless steel strip being rolled by 20-roll cold rolling, and then annealing, flat and correction. 

It can be widely used in the area of construction engineering, environmental protection, household electrical appliances, machinery parts, auto parts, medical equipment, chemical containers, etc.   

Beihai Chengde Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Beihai Chengde Group. The annual output was planned to be 1,200,000 tons as it cooperated with SMTS, DMS, ABB and CFHI on constructing stainless steel cold-rolled production line. The production line including a five-stand cold rolling mill (production speed: 400m/min), 4 of 20-roller rolling mills and 2 of annealing-pickling lines  (production speed: 200m/min).
