The second Fafu DMS 20 Rolls Single Roller Mill of Beihai Chengde Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. Trail Rolling success on the afternoon of Feb. 7th,2015. The product specification is 0.76*1240mm and 100% of the products are less than 5 microns in thickness accuracy deviation of the entire volume. Its coil plate well, coiling neatly and have good surface quality.

The 1st one which had trial rolling on Dec. 15, 2014 has produced more than 2,000 tons products. With mature equipment of Fafu and advanced electronic control system of Siemens, the roller mill was in stable operation condition. Its top speed can reach 550m/min. The thinnest thickness is 0.46mm. It has well flatness and good thickness control accuracy.   

At the same time, the cold acid 1# line which had been started for single action debugging on Dec. 18, 2014 had completed the threading and linkage debugging on Jan. 30, 2015. It was started to baking on Feb. 5, 2015. Single Roller Mill production line and annealing and pickling production line had been put in to production one after another which indicated Beihai Chengde cold rolling project will gradually shifted from construction stage to production stage. The high-end cold-rolled products will put on the market after Spring Festival.
