Beihai Chengde Group held We Are Together Spring Festival Gala Evening & Awarding Ceremony 2014 at Chengde Stadium on the evening of January 30, 2015. Beginning with The sound of Spring Waltz, the Leaders showed greatly appreciation and sent New Year greetings to guests and friends presented in opening speech.

Prepared by Beihai Chengde General Party Branch, Trade Union, the Communist Youth League, branches and departments, the Gala Evening was produced by the staff themselves. Excepting the traditional programs such as dancing, singing and short sketch, etc., close-up magic, talk show and hip hop also showed on the stage. Besides, Chengde used multi-camera, automatic lighting programming system and network platform, for example, wechat voting, wechat shake PK Racing, wechat sweepstakes and wechat live interactive—On the Wall to give the audience an unprecedented visual feast. There was an Awarding Ceremony during the Gala Evening. The outstanding staff can not only got the prize and certificate, but also got the C-M Luxury Cruise Tour.

The successfully held of Spring Festival Gala Evening which showed Chengde’s great enterprise culture. Chengde had set up several large-scale projects in 2014, and its management had also been promoted. To start a enterprise journal --- Chengde People, establishing Chengde School, completing Production and Marketing system and maturing the wechat public number and other media platforms which also mean Chengde had a rich harvest in enterprise culture and management.
