Being established by Fanggangcheng China First Metallurgical Heavy Industry Co., Ltd of China First Metallurgical Group, Guangxi Beihai Chengde Pickling and Solution three lines engineering strap linkage test being successfully done. 

The Guangxi Beihai Chengde Metal Rolling Co., Ltd. new materials project --- pickling and solution production line engineering was divided to 3 periods. The annual capacity of solution was designed to be 2 million. The whole pickling plant consist of 3 spans, each of them is an independent production line. The first and second production lines had already put into production by their owners. The span length of the third production line is 27 meters. The whole length of the plant is 600 meters, including the unwinding area, annealing area, shot blasting area, pickling area, rolling area and ancillary buildings. The steel structure engineering quantity of a single production line is about 2500 tons and the equipment installation engineering quantity is about 2000 tons.

The third production line---Rolling, Annealing, Pickling and Solution Production Line (RAPL Production Line) was being constructed after the first and second (HAPL Production Line) production lines finished. Adding 2 more 18-roller mill, the stainless steel RAPL production line adopted black hot rolled stainless steel coil as raw materials which been rolled into 1.1 mm (the thinnest) thickness cold rolled plate by 2 of the S6 rolling machines. The high-quality thin-size 2E stainless steel therefore being produced after degreasing, pickling, annealing and smoothing process.
