Beihai Chengde Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. successfully run the 1st DNS 20-roll single mill of cold rolling in the Monday morning on Dec. 15th, 2014. The first volume is in good situation with product specification is 1.13*1240mm; 2 microns thickness deviation can reach 95.4% while 5 microns thickness deviation can reach 100%; great surface quality with good plate type and tidy coiling. The second and the third one will have a trial in early and late January, 2015 separately; cold acid Line 1 will also have a trial in late January, 2015; five rolling unit is planned to have heat load debugging in March, 2015; the 1st project will be completed and put into production in May, 2015 and the annual output is expected to reach 600,000 tons. 

It is a great step for Chengde Group to successfully push forward its cold rolling project. Chengde Group will collect the most sophisticated technique and highest standard of cold rolling production line in the future and its products will target high-end market, which will greatly promote the trend for pursuing high-level technology and high product quality requirement.
