The equipments of old production line in Zhaoqing Hongwang had been upgraded after more than one months’ striving. The production capacity had been doubled, the monthly output of strip will reach 10,000 tons and the quality control will up to five-rolling products’ standard. It will better provide customers varies specifications strip. In cooperate with five-rolling production, the production capacity of Zhaoqing Hongwang will reach 40,000 tons in August.

The upgrading one is for furnace gas control system and cooling system, improving the surface oxidation effect and reducing the energy consumption; the other one is for electrolytic process and pickling process, improving the pickling surface, reducing the chromatism and enhancing the passivation effect.
