Hongwang Held the July Group Office Meeting
Hongwang Group held the July Group Office Meeting in the meeting room on the third floor of head office on July 20th, 2014. The deputy director level and above executives of head office and branches participated in the meeting which presided by Gao Zhice, the CEO. The President Mr. Dai gave a speech of work instruction. Each director in different departments and branches made a working report.
The President said that sunstroke prevention and safety of the frontline staff needed to be paid more attention in these high temperature days and better supporting services also needed to be provided. As recent market instability, Hongwang Group suffered price fluctuation and finally could control it very well. The advantages of Hongwang of cost and competition were obvious. Soft power, brand building, external communication and influence, reputation establishing, quality control were also necessary in the competition. After all, to have good customer service is the company’s value.
The President also pointed that the new production line and technology needed to be skilled control and grasped. Management and manager, rules and regulation all needed to be improved.
Next, leaders from headquarter, Foshan Hongwang, Zhaoqing Hongwang and Foshan Zhenghongtai made a summary and working plan report. Then, persons presented in the meeting all discussing and solving the problems of quality, planning and warehousing that had suffered in their daily work. Finally, the president appraised and arranged the work of each department.
