Hongwang Group held the June Group Office Meeting in the meeting room on the third floor of head office on June 7^th, 2014. The deputy director level and above executives of head office and branches participated in the meeting which presided by Kuang Shukun, the assistant to the president. The president gave a speech of work instruction. Each director in different departments and branches made a working report. 

The President affirmed the overall operation and achievements the group had made. He said group can so flexibly response to the complicated and changeable market that keep the product quality and public praise in an ideal state. The Secretary of Provincial CPC Committee, Hu Chunhua and the Director of Provincial PeoplesCongress, Huang Longyun had visited Zhaoqing Hongwang on May and highly appreciated the development of Hongwang Group. It is not only the encouragement and recognition for Hongwang but also the promotion of Hongwang’s strength and influence. All of the achievement Hongwang had gotten thanks to the hard efforts of all staff and the support of local government.  

The President emphasized that the year 2014 is the management year, which means the core competitiveness of an enterprise is the efficient management team. The managers need to improve his quality and competence so that he can be a good example when cultivating and managing a team. Also, to enhance the system construction and performance appraisal are important. 

Next, leaders from headquarter, Foshan Hongwang, Zhaoqing Hongwang and Foshan Zhenghongtai made a summary and working plan report. Then, persons presented in the meeting all discussing and solving the problems of quality, planning and warehousing that had suffered in their daily work. Finally, the president appraised and arranged the work of each department.
