First-line Managers Training in Hot Rolling Branch of Chengde Group
As a pilot, hot rolling branch of Chengde Group held expand training for production line team leader to director-level staff in order to strengthen their team collaboration ability recently.

This training not only provided a platform for staff to know each other apart from work, but also gave them an valuable opportunity to cultivate divergent thinking and to learn to share. The staff said that they got benefit although the training time is short and the pace is faster.
