As a pilot, hot rolling branch of Chengde Group held expand training for production line team leader to director-level staff in order to strengthen their team collaboration ability recently.   

The trainee realized mutual understanding, mutual trust and mutual cooperation in a relaxed and happy environment through funny introduction, unit matrix array, etc. Besides, there was a group competition to help them being aware of the importance role of teamwork and leadership. This training not only provided a platform for staff to know each other apart from work, but also gave them an valuable opportunity to cultivate divergent thinking and to learn to share. The staff said that they got benefit although the training time is short and the pace is faster.  

With the production management of Chengde gradually become smooth, the internal training development will improve the management level of the first-line managers, and it will do benefit to build corporate culture to achieve the goal of enhancing the core competitiveness.
