May 4, 2014 is the date of 95 anniversary of May Fourth Movement. Therefore, Beihai Youth League and Municipal Party Committee held the May Fourth Movement 95 Anniversary Memorial and Holding CYL Flag and Follow the Party, Practicing Mass Line Young Cadres Special Training Session. Chengde being invited to the activity. During the period some excellent youths and advanced CYL organizations, among which a staff from Sintering Branch of Chengde – Gan Weixin got the honor of Excellent CYL Member 2013. 

This activity aims to encourage most CYL members insisting on the ideals and beliefs of Chinese characteristics socialism and to improve the overall quality and service capabilities development of the youth cadres. Chengde will give full play to the role of new force in deepening reform and provide more opportunities and platforms for youths to contribute itself to the socio-economic development.
