Hongwang Group held the April Group Office Meeting in the meeting room on the third floor of head office on Apr. 3rd, 2014. The deputy director level and above executives of head office and branches participated in the meeting which presided by Kuang Shukun, the assistant to the president. The president gave a speech of work instruction. Each director in different departments and branches made a working report. 

Firstly, the president announced the group new appointment, that is, to appoint Huang Shaofei as Administrative Supervisor of Zhaoqing Hongwang; to appoint Peng Xialin as Annealing Line Supervisor of Zhaoqing Hongwang; to appoint Deng Quanhui as Deputy Director of Mechanical Maintenance of Zhaoqing Hongwang with 3 months’ probationary period.   

The core of this meeting is to strengthen the management, which requires the managerial staff conscientiously performing their duties with the sense of crisis and improving the work. 

The president pointed out problems existing in the previous work, which finally concluded that:

1. Mechanical is an important guarantee for normal production;

2. The working of logistics and warehousing was not working out;

3. It is necessary to improve the environmental management;

4. It is needed to form a production fault reporting and handling system;

5. We ought to enhance product quality control;

6. The general principles to strengthen management requires to strengthen the powers and responsibilities of each post. 

The president made an arrangement for important jobs needed to be done on April and May, that is, Zhaoqing Hongwang need to make a detailed planning of Old Line Transformation; the new headquarter need to complete renovation on mid-April; the preparation of networking, communication tools and furniture purchasing should be carried out by headquarters’ leadership. 

Next, leaders from headquarter, Foshan Hongwang, Zhaoqing Hongwang and Foshan Zhenghongtai made a summary and working plan report. Then, persons presented in the meeting all discussing and solving the problems of quality, planning and warehousing that had suffered in their daily work. Finally, the president appraised and arranged the work of each department.
