The 3rd Fives DMS 20-roller Mill of Beihai Chengde had successfully operated on June 2, 2015. It was allegedly that the mill was in good condition. The specification of the product is 1.085*1240 mm, 98% of the whole volume deviation within 3 microns of the thickness accuracy. Its plate is good and the coiling is tidy and the surface quality is high.

The 1st and 2nd  Fives DMS Mill were already put into production and remained stable based on the mature equipment of Fives and advanced electronic control system of Siemens. So far the thinnest rolling thickness is 0.34mm with good thickness and precision control. Besides, both mills had passed the 800m/min full speed test. The successfully operated of the 3rd 20-roller provided quality raw materials for the 2nd Annealing Pickling Production Line which will have a trial production in July.
