Designed by BERIS and with independent intellectual property right in the domestic, the Stainless Steel Black Rolled Annealing-Pickling Line of Beihai Chengde Metal Rolling Co., Ltd---DRAPL had produced the first first hot-rolled write coil which called No.1/2E with good plate and surface quality on March 26, 2015.

The annual 200 and 300 series output of the DRAPL is 700,000 tons with 1.1 to 2.2 mm thickness. The production procedures can be divided into seven steps: uncoiling, welding, rolling, annealing, blasting descaling, pickling and winding. It can be sale as finished product and quality thin size raw material. It is a typical project of new technology application for avoiding the second time cold-rolled.
